Order Processing

Each garment is individually handcrafted to your exact measurements.
Because of this, please allow 10–21 business days for production before dispatch.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress until delivery.
If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of shipment confirmation, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the United Kingdom, local import duties or taxes may apply.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We will work directly with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a suitable solution.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Measure Items

Because all of our products are made to order, the production time listed above applies to each item.
During peak periods or promotional campaigns, production may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
