Overview
At Aster Legacy, every garment is individually handcrafted to your unique measurements and specifications. Because our products are made-to-measure and custom-tailored, each piece is created exclusively for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is proven to be faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All made-to-measure suits, shirts, jackets, trousers, and other personalized garments are final sale.
Returns or refunds are not available for:
Change of mind or style preference
Incorrect size due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
Color or fabric variation caused by display settings or lighting differences
We strongly recommend reviewing your measurements and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the fault or incorrect item
A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Repair: We will arrange collection and repair at no cost.
Replacement: A new item will be made according to the original specifications.
Refund: Only if repair or replacement is not possible.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before confirming eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Shipping for Approved Returns
Do not return any items without prior authorization from our team.
If a return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
We cover all shipping costs for faulty or incorrect products.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin crafting your garment shortly after your order is placed, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, materials and labor are committed, and cancellation or refund will not be possible.
